I'm a service designer tackling business challenges using a human-centred approach. I believe the value of my work lays in understanding people, context, and systems in order to design solutions that aim to positively impact users as well as businesses.

Skills and experience

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
Designing customer experiences grounded in CX and usability principals, Human Centred Design, innovation thinking, brainstorming and ideation. Concept development and design execution using Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Microsoft applications and more.

INNOVATION
Research and synthesis of ideas, including qualitative research done with customers to identify new opportunities. Generating feasible and viable ideas to test and prototype for fast fail learning and refining.

COLLABORATION
Experience in collaborative workshop prep, design, facilitation and co-design where diverse groups come together to explore opportunities, understand customer needs and create innovative solutions to meet those needs.

VISUAL DESIGN
Strong visual presentation, graphic design and layout skills. Using visual language to illustrate succinct concepts and ideas.

ETHNOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
Planning and conducting generative research with a diverse range of participants from a variety of socio-economic, ethnic, linguistic and cultural backgrounds in NZ, Australia and in a third world country on politically, culturally and socially taboo and sensitive topics.
