I am an empathetic and curious researcher and have graphic design skills that enable me to translate research, concepts and designs into compelling human centric artifacts. I’m passionate about using my design and insight skills to advocate on behalf of customers, designing rich experiences that in turn deliver superior commercial benefits for the company I work with.

In the past eight years I have executed a number of experience and service design projects with District Health boards, Not For Profits, as well as high profile organisations including IAG Insurance, Unison Energy, AMP, Westpac Australia, Spark and Air New Zealand.
